The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, at Gold level, a net loss of ৳20,000 earns ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. The requirements for advancing to each level are published separately on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Rules

Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jatt win reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the funds.

• If the balance is insufficient at the time of placing a bet, the bet will not be accepted.
• If an event result cannot be determined due to a technical issue, jatt win will make a decision based on investigation.
• For sports betting, if the odds change, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts, the funds for the related bet will be returned.

8.2 Process After Account Closure
